Hassan A. Mohamed CEC

My name is Hassan A. Mohamed, and I am an accomplished Certified Executive Chef at Clarks Landing Wedding Venues. While my educational background initially led me to pursue a degree in accounting from Al Azhar University in Cairo, I soon discovered my true calling in the world of culinary arts during my time in Italy. I had the pleasure of traveling across Europe and immersing myself in the study of classic delicacies and cuisine. These experiences, coupled with my dedication and passion for the culinary arts, led me to become a Certified Executive Chef through the esteemed American Culinary Federation.

Since joining Clarks Landing Wedding Venues in 1999, I have enjoyed sharing my culinary expertise with countless guests on their special occasions. Drawing inspiration from my international culinary adventures and delightful Caribbean cruises, I take immense pride in curating a spectacular cocktail hour. I firmly believe in instilling the values of classic techniques and emphasizing scratch food preparation to my team, ensuring that every culinary creation is unique, memorable, and of the highest quality for weddings.

I consider it a great honor to meet with each couple, taking the time to understand their individual needs and desires, including preferences for ethnic cuisine and special dietary requirements. My ultimate goal is to transport guests into a world of luxury and culinary excellence, allowing them to indulge in an unforgettable experience that will be cherished forever on their special wedding day.

Jackie Truesdale

Hi, I am Jackie! Born and raised at the Jersey shore (a proud Sea Girt Patriot for life), I attended Loyola University in Maryland and dedicated 7 years of my career as a Jersey City school teacher. I was honored to earn Teacher of the Year 2019-2020. Those who know me well have dubbed me “Jac of all trades”. My knowledge of and love for the wedding industry is homegrown – my family has been in the business for many years. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a passion for party planning. Being one of seven children, every dinner is a party! (I LOVE a good theme party.)

When I’m not helping our team deliver exceptional wedding experiences, you’ll find me spending time with family and my golden retriever, Hunter.

Fun Fact: I love going to Vermont to snowboard, ride my dirtbike, spin honey, and make homemade apple cider.

Robert Mondelli

Hello, I’m Rob! I have many years of experience in the hospitality industry – from fine dining and entertainment venues to weddings and corporate events. I am passionate about service and providing my clients with an unparalleled guest experience. I’m thrilled to bring my expertise to The Bradford Estate team!

When I’m not at The Bradford, you’ll often find me immersed in the captivating world of historical biographies and novels. Additionally, I love taking on new home improvement projects, particularly when it comes to landscape creation and designing exterior nightscape lighting.

Family time holds a special place in my heart as a father to two incredible sons and happily married to my wife for 35 years. These cherished moments spent together are truly priceless to me.

I can’t wait to meet you and offer you and your loved ones an extensive tour of this hidden gem of South Jersey.

Kaylyn Newcomb

Hi, I’m Kaylyn! Over the years, I’ve found immense joy in curating unforgettable experiences by organizing events for local businesses, friends, and family. I’ve even had the pleasure of crafting beautiful bouquets for the bridal parties! I approach each project with enthusiasm, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine desire to surpass expectations. There’s something magical about being part of someone’s special day and contributing to the creation of moments they’ll cherish forever. I love helping couples bring their unique vision to life!

On my days off you can find me reading a good book, or spending time with my ever-growing family!

Fun Fact: I am a huge pickle fan, and tried my hand at growing cucumbers and pickling them myself this past year. They turned out pretty great if I do say so myself!

Holly Zizzamia

Hi, there, I am Holly. I was born in San Francisco, California, and moved to South Jersey. I grew up in Cherry Hill, NJ, and now live with my husband and two children in Wenonah, NJ. Growing up I always had an eye for elegance and grandeur. This led me to pursue a career in wedding and hospitality management. I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Stockton University and have worked on amazing events at multiple wedding venues and hotels as a wedding/banquet coordinator, sales, host, bridal attendant and more in my over 20 years in the hospitality/wedding industry.

I married my high school sweetheart, he is my always and forever man. My wedding day was the most magical day one can ask for, and I love to continue to provide couples with their own magical day. This is my passion! I am excited to bring my experience and passion to The Bradford Estate team.

When I am not creating magical weddings, I am with my wonderful family, including our little Shih Tzu, Rudy! Our daughter loves gymnastics, singing and dancing , while our son loves Japanese anime as well as his music as he tries and master the trombone.

Fun Facts: I love to travel! From Paris, France to Hershey, PA to Nashville, TN there is not a place I would not love to visit and experience all its offerings, especially the food!

Tasha Pfoutz

Hi, I am Tasha! I’m a lifelong resident of New Jersey, studied at William Paterson University, and I’m married with two daughters. I am a Certified Mixologist with more than 14 years of bartending experience. My career began with casual and fine dining restaurants and today, I’m a proud member of The Bradford Estate wedding team. I enjoy enhancing my skill sets and raising the level of service we provide to our couples. I’m TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certified and I am passionate about using mixing techniques and flavors to create unique signature drinks for our couples.

I look forward to serving up a memorable cocktail experience for you and your guests.

Greetings, my name is Mary Ann! I started my career in the hospitality industry over 30 years ago, while living in the Pocono Mountains Pa. After spending decades learning the culture of fine dining, what truly carried me throughout the years was providing “exceptional service with a memorable experience” to each one of my guests.

After moving to the Jersey Shore to be closer to the ocean, I found an amazing opportunity to work for the Clarks Landing Family of Wedding Venues! Working side by side with the professional teams at all of our venues has been truly rewarding. I look forward to being a part of your amazing special day!

Fun Facts: I have a twin sister, I enjoy cooking and baking for family and friends I love my adorable cats Bella and Murphy

I am Daniel Rodas, a passionate hospitality professional with a diverse background spanning Ecuador, Colorado, and Cuenca. My journey began in college, where my love for creating memorable events and weddings. With formal training in the country club world, I blend sophistication with genuine warmth to exceed expectations.

Fun Fact: My three daughters are named after Colorado cities!
